Touchpoint Ltd is a vendor of Customer Experience Management software solutions, delivering business owners a powerful product to collect, analyse, measure and manage customers' feedback on services, products and customer experience. TouchpointCX is a product name belonging to Touchpoint Limited.

Touchpoint will not sell, rent, or loan our contact lists or our clients’ customer lists (including your customer data) to any outside firms nor will Touchpoint use customer contact lists for our own marketing purposes.

CONTACT LISTS, CONTENT AND REPORTING

Touchpoint ensures that all customer contact lists, email content and reports remain private and confidential. Touchpoint may scan your content to ensure it complies with our Terms of Use - to protect against defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, or threatening material that is racially or ethnically offensive. Touchpoint will not sell, rent, loan or invite external access to a client’s contact lists. Nor will Touchpoint themselves use clients’ contact lists for any purpose.

SURVEY RESPONSES

Touchpoint is the custodian of responses made to surveys which are set-up by TouchpointCX clients. We don’t sell your responses to third parties. Clients of Touchpoint own the response data. Touchpoint may aggregate survey responses into a variety of reports that we may share with third parties. Responses to surveys may not be anonymous. Contact the survey creator (Touchpoint’s client) if you wish to learn more about the anonymity of survey responses.

COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE WEBSITE

We send all new clients a welcoming email to verify their new account. Established clients will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our clients we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Clients’ customers can unsubscribe via the unsubscribe mechanism at the bottom of each email sent.

NEWSLETTER

If a client wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such as name and email address. Out of respect for our clients’ privacy we provide a way to opt out of these communications via the unsubscribe mechanism at the bottom of each email.

SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTS

On occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for scheduled maintenance we will send clients an email. Generally, clients may not opt-out of these communications. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

We may communicate with clients on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account. We will typically reply via email or phone other channels as appropriate.

WEBSITE USAGE INFORMATION

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our servers, and to administer our Website. We do not link your IP address to any personally identifiable information. We use tracking information to determine which areas our Website users visit based on traffic to those areas. Touchpoint does not track what individual users read, but rather how often each page is visited. This helps us maintain a superior and informative Website for you.
